Krasnuy Karaul

Member of the Soviet Cold War super team Prevoshodtvoy Sovet (the Soviet Supreme), Krasnuy Karaul (Red Guardian) was an cosmonaut who was bombarded by those pesky cosmic rays and developed power to control a raw energy that made him essentially a Green Lantern type of hero. His costume is a nod to that inspiration.
